White House

Mike Wetzel, CEO of Air Innovations, was invited to the White House this past Wednesday, September 30, 2015, to attend a policy briefing on the status of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). Air Innovations was one of forty businesses invited to attend from across the country.

The meeting focused on the opportunities the TPP would offer small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Free-trade zones would allow SMEs to further grow globally, while standard harmonization codes and IP agreements would allow businesses to obtain a single, global certification for their products.

“Air Innovations is continually looking to expand globally,” Wetzel said, “The Trans-Pacific Partnership will have a positive impact on our business.”

According to a report from the Trans-Pacific Partnership, 98% of all businesses that export are classified as small or medium sized.

"I'm really impressed with how the unit is responding to the test parameters, and the recovery times are exceptionally impressive. Your attention to detail and expertise is very evident with how the PECS is performing during this final test phase."
