Air Innovations is excited to announce it has been named an Economic Champion by the CenterState CEO! Air Innovations qualified due to a 15% increase in employment and various new capital expenditures last fiscal year. In receiving this award, Air Innovations was recognized for strengthening the CNY economy.
Air Innovations’ largest capital expenditure included streamlining floor operations and production processes by investing in “gravity racking systems.”
Lastly, Air Innovations was selected to participate in a $30 million national DOE/ARPA-E grant awarded to Syracuse University and partnered with United Technologies, Bush Technical LLC and Cornell University.
Other criteria to receive this award included expanding facility operations or receiving other state or national awards.
Air Innovations has been dedicated to the Syracuse community for 29 years, sourcing most of its supplies and raw materials from within 100 miles of its North Syracuse location and locally manufacturing the products it ships worldwide.
