We were proud to sponsor the Air Innovations Award for Academics in Science at the 2018 CNY Young & Amazing Awards on Thursday, March 1! The award was presented to Hari Nanthakumar of Christian Brothers Academy.

Hari, a senior at CBA, conducted research at Syracuse University for the College of Engineering and Computer Science. His research led him to develop methods to use L.E.D. lighting to alter polymer gel structures and create titanium micro trusses. Hari’s research results were published as a scientific study for SU, published by the National Physics Journal, and were even recognized by NASA.
